Cool, I love videos like the one you made, Mosteller. I like the sounds you are getting from your drumset. 2 Shure 57's captured all of that? The kick was coming out pretty good, considering there was no drum port or bass drum mic.I think you have it covered, great job.

In the video, there was a caption that said it was recorded onto a real to real machine, did you use 2 inch tape? I only ask, because, it's getting pretty rare these days for the 2 inch tape.

did you use 2 inch tape? I only ask, because, it's getting pretty rare these days for the 2 inch tape.

i used 1/4 inch tape....i also own a half inch reel to reel
