I had this nice Rocker II set some years ago. Same shells as the Rockers, but with the brownish "Lud-Cote" interior spray. They were advertised with Rocker (Standard) lugs, but this set came with all Classic lugs! The assembly people did this when they were out of Rocker lugs and needed to keep production going!-Mark

Yes, the Standard/Rocker lugs were a bit boring, but it's what kept the cost down on the original Standard drums! They used the same "Classic" shells, but the cost savings came in the form of the lugs, lighter duty hardware and finishes.
