I have used PAINT to resize pictures to make them small enough for posting here. Check the size requirement vs type of file to get KB size in the Attachment Key window. That might help with your problem?

Or, you can email the photos to yourself. When given the option to select the photo size, choose one of the low-pixel options.

Sounds interesting. But Hotmail did not give me any option to save as other than original size.
