I found these "Black Jack" badged Yamamoto built center luggers
they were really in a poor state filthy and hardware corroded to death
the bass drum shell was blown out at the spurs and heavily water damaged. Surprisingly the black oyster copy wrap was in nice shape still, and luckily, I had some identical stripped down drum shells and hardware at my shop. So I carefully removed the wrap from the bass drum (really only do-able with MIJ kits)
and laid it back over the better shell, a few of the holes were a few millimeters offset so I followed the wrap rather the shell once reassembled they looked pretty nice. no snare yet though.
