Wow!! I did not know that this size was available back then...I thought that this size was only available in more modern cymbals for some reason...

Thanks for posting!!

That’s a beauty.

I was very close to buying one at the Rebeats Chicago drum show awhile back. Had the same sound and wobble as that one.

Seller was going to sell it to me for $500. Kinda wish I bought it now but it was all I had then.

A guy in Lombard has 2 won’t sell them

said he dumpster dove .

April 2nd 1969 scarfed pink champagne holly wood and 65/66 downbeat snare, and , supra same year very minty kit old pies
66/67 downbeat with canister
Super 400 small round knob
1967 super classic obp

once the brass ceases to glitter, and the drum looses its luster, and the stage remains dark, all you have left is the timbre of family.

My cousin had one...It was crazy big and looked really out of place on a drum set. I asked him about it after years and years and he said that he pawned it for some quick cash. I think these things were made for orchestral work.

It's a beautiful achievement in craftsmanship, but I am struggling to imagine a musical use for it.

And that’s ok!

I will be glad to struggle finding a use for that! Clapping Happy2
