No missing rack tom! My very first set of drums, in 1967-68, was a 4pc Lyra in this same configuration. The bass drum bracket was identical. I can see that there is a non-original tom arm and that the bass drum interior has been painted.

Like grantro said, $250-$300 IF in decent shape. For the drums only, I'd offer a bit less.
