Case Recommendation for my Vintage Acrolite

Loading...

I need a recommendation for a hard case for my Keystone Badge Acrolite.

I seldom take it out of the house so it doesn't need to be a road case but I don't want a soft bag either.

Thanks!

I like SKB but expect to pay $100 for a snare case unless you get used- or an old used fibre case maybe.....

Honestly, I WISH the old Humes and Berg fibre cases were still available. They were jussssst enough protection without going overboard.

Yeah, that's what I was hoping to find. Make it more period correct!

Thanks for the comments!!

I found this great train case. They sometimes have them on goodwill site. anyway it is 9 by 16 so fits snare with room for a little padding. And looks very vintage. With 3 latches, it stays closed well. so no worry of it falling open. Handle is also leather over metal so I dont think that will break any time soon either.
