weird "slingerland 18" niles" floor tom

Hi all,

there has been a weird 18" floor tom on the german private ads for some time now. https://www.ebay-kleinanzeigen.de/s-anzeige/18-slingerland-standtom-floor-tom-schlagzeug-drums/1320803005-74-4523

I wondered, if this is some special edition I might have missed so far...

Anybody ever seen something like this?

Homemade in my opinion. Even the shell does not appear to be Slingerland.
