Another no name blue sparkle snare drum - can you name it?

The lugs and tension rods indicate that this is a Taiwanese drum rather than MIJ. Considering that, and the bent throw, I'd say this drum is probably NOT worth $130... (Just my opinion, sorry...)

But until just now that link has not been brought up, and no mention of a value of $130 has been mentioned until your previous post, hence my question.
