Got this beauty out of the garage tonight...can someone confirm that the finish is Agate?

Its likely the picture is to big. Try cropping the picture to make it smaller. I had the same problem.

Jpg pictures are limited to 1000x1000 pixels and about 145k file size. Pictures from smart phones are just too big! You'll most likely need a photo program to help you out. I use Irfanview to crop my pictures and Caesium to resize and reduce the file size without losing quality. Yes, it can be a lot of work, but I believe in good pictures!

Then get an old man Sony Camera and use specifically for drum pics and other things; In stead of relying on Yer Fone

You open the pic in "paint" and you can resize it there. Drop it to 12% and it will fit. If it's on your phone, you can resize it with the settings. You put it in e-mail size.

I found that sending myself an email with the picture allows the option to reduce the file size.
