I'm going to use them mainly in the practice room and take them out occasionally to certain gigs. I've had several MIJ kits so I know they can sound good. I think this is a Majestic.

Yes, I believe they are Majestic. I've got quite a few pictures of Majestic kits that have sold on eBay over the years. Pretty much all of them have the offset lugs! Here's one kit that is representative of them. It's a 20/12/16.

I found this Stewart, 13,14,20 with a Maestro snare for $99 plus shipping. I may just buy it.

They look like they need a clean-up and not much else.

I did not, out of the blue I was offered this 1965 Leedy kit and the deal was too good to pass on.

Nice pick-up!

That's a big step up from the MIJ kits you were looking at. I love the finish, although admittedly I'm a sucker for sparkle wraps.

Do you have a Leedy snare to go with it, or something else?
