Hi Mark

Two great looking snare drums. Thanks for the info on the run of these FF snare drums. Your kit looks real nice and well kept. Like everything these companies seem to just make everything simple. I still love fiddly drums that you gotta set up. Have you seen my other thread ive just picked up a 1968 premier 2000 snare drum again another fiddly drum but im good on the prems. Check out the condition its absolute mint....Thanks for your info.....sean

Great looking first-generation FF snare drums! I've never had the pleasure of playing one with the aluminum shell. I'm sure it sounds excellent!

It sounds amazing, I don't play it often but glad I found one, they seem to be pretty hard to find.

Those 2 snare drums you have look absolutely great. You need to get em played. I buy and sell mainly british top grade drums. Its the first pearl FF ive ever had. Since the last pics my FF is all finished and looks the way it should. Just in the process of getting correct snare wires. Mine sounds awesome when i played with the band. A really great sounding brass snare drum. I do agree with you when you look through ebay they seem hard to find. I was in the right place at the right time when i bought mine.......Cheers sean
