While your remark may have been intended as sarcastic, I certainly agree that when when Drumaholic speaks everyone listens. There is a good reason for that. Bill does not always soft peddle his comments, which have occasionally irritated some people. However, the information he has always provided us is much more important than any perceptions some thin skinned souls might have of his "roughness around the edges".

Uhh..where did you get that from..I didnt say that at all.. Nope..direct conflicts with a few a-holes there..some know it alls..who never played a road gig in their lives..but loved collecting cymbals..and having an attitude..whilst playing sprang a lang..in their living rooms..Thick skin doesnt matter..and as I remember..they booted you out w/o a second thought..I'm sure your skin felt great...and you.....were the guy..that started the freekin site..lol..And those guys with thin skin that demanded Chad tell you to take a hike w/permanant banning...they all left soon after..hows that for irony..? lol.. A lot of other people who left contributed a lot too..and adiosed with a real bad taste in their mouths....but the ones that stayed year after year..probably didnt have anything better to do..I can remember Paul McCartneys druummer was there for awhile..and left out of conflict.....Mr Acrolite (a published author...) also left out of conflict.....Chad actually brought in Sun Ra's drummer..and he lasted about 2 weeks..before the incredible Cymbalholic members..told him he was playing jazz all wrong..made sure to insult him on the way out....the list goes on...and on..Until..you are just left..with 5 to 10 guys..all drinking the same koolaid..with not a gig in sight..Speaking from experience eh..?Cheers!

When Cymbalholics booted you out on your a**...w/lifetime permanent banning..from the site that you helped found..There were very few remaining there that defended you..I was actually one of the ones that did.. and another I remember was JDL.. I told them they were crazy to throw you out....and they couldn't believe I was defending you and even accused me of being a Drumaholic plant since I was a relatively new member..But the only reason I joined up was to find out about the K system you figured out and hear old K demos that you mostly offered thru your collection..as well as other members..and that was real cool as I had played old K's in gigging situations for over 3 decades by then..And to be truthful..Cymbalholics was never the same after it kicked you out....it didn't have that funky energy anymore..and became well..blasé..Other members noted this as well..But they didn't listen and booted you out anyway..No more threads from Drumaholic like.."Do White people like AZ's..and Black people like old K's"...lol..Anyway..you assume way too much about me..and talk a bunch of bs too..and after seeing how you act w/strangers..I can understand now why you got the boot..I even tried to buy a cymbal from you one time..offered you a fair price on it..and you told me to get lost..said you would get a ton of $$ for it on Ebay..So I low bid on it there..and no one else wanted it..and got it for even less than I originally offered you for..lol..you were so ****ed..hahaha!You got what you deserved..Hey..Why not let us drummers..guys who are actual gigging players..hear you play a bit..get to know you that way..Sure you like to talk a lot..and collect a lot..and antagonize a lot..So lets hear what you can do on the set..w/ just a pr of sticks and an old K and a set of drums..So much talk..So little music..I don't even know why I'm wasting my time writing this..as I already know the answer..

And why should I audition for your benefit? Are somebody important enough that I should indulge you? Your nothing more than some gadfly spouting off from the peanut gallery. And your continued emphasis on "gigging drummers", as if they are the only ones that are qualified to know anything with any authority about cymbals.So according to your twisted logic, if I was gigging last year and I posted something about cymbals at that time, then according to you I would be credible.
