Looks like it could be a brass snare.

Sorry.. I have no idea what brand it is but I couldn't pass up that bad joke for some reason.

Anyway....it's very odd looking with the offset chrome lugs and only six per side. I'm baffled.

I've never seen those weird lugs before. Too bad we can't get a better look at the strainer. Can you ask the seller for more pics?
