Rogers Employee Signatures?

Unfortunately, many, or most, of the folks on that employee list are not around anymore. I think folks would be surprised at how small the factory was. Those Covington drums were made in a little country town, during a time that folks took great pride in their work.

I always found it amazing at the creativity that was going on while Joe Thompson was still alive. They were always experimenting with different ideas.

What if they don't have any initials?

Did they all have initials?

These are from an Eagle badge kit I have.

All of the other American companies certainly had some employees who took pride in there work and produced a quality product. In the heat of production things can slip past even the most devoted workers, the B & B lugs being a case in point.

I did not intend to put down the dedication of the employees of the other American drum companies as I do own vintage drum sets from all four , you are very correct and on point on the BBB lugs
