Yes, very nice find. The front bass hoop and the claws are not Rogers, but the rear hoop appears to be the original Rogers hoop with KOA inlay. The cast collet noses are probably cracked (very common) and may have to be replaced. I see the FT sitting to the side in the first pic, so this is indeed a nice find. (FT legs and bass spurs present?) Should clean up nicely.

I think you're asking about the bass T-rods, not the lugs. The KOA finish tells us that this is a Fullerton era set (early 70's), so the proper bass T-rods would be the flat, Dayton style rods...

Thanks, most are like the ones in your pic (easier to find too) but a couple are those full, rounded bow- tie style. There is a serial number in at least 1 of the shells. Is there a way to cross reference this number?

Yes, the serial numbers on the badges can approximate the date of manufacture. Post pictures of the badges.
