Can someone identify this snare stand? I am going to polish it up and list it on eBay, but I have no idea the manufacturer. Any help is appreciated.

That's a Pearl S-700 snare stand, made from 1982-1987. It was slightly changed in 1988 and renamed the S-750 and carried on for a few more years. That one is definitely pre-1988 though.

Any idea what one would be worth cleaned up and polished? Nobody seems to have one on eBay for comparison.

Probably not a whole lot, but someone with a Pearl kit from that era that wants period correct hardware for said kit would be the target audience for that stand. If you don't have a lot of $$ invested in it, put it out at no reserve and see where it ends up.....

I've got one of these same snare stands. Excellent for someone who needs to get their drum down low! Might be worth $25 or $30 to the right person. The biggest issue for many would be shipping charges.
