Well I should have said the Camco offered a leather hinge. I dont know for sure if they put them on the FA versions. http://www.vintagedrumguide.com/images/pedals/1971-camco_pedals2.jpg

It works with the older DW hinges, not the new style with ball bearings. All DW parts fit. I've retro-fitted a Camco pedal.

So did I, but I had to grind the corners off of the red DW hinge to make it play nice with the Camco and Gretsch footboards
