Don't really have an expectations....just curious if anyone could identify it by the lugs. I ordered it for $30 and am trying to figure out what it is.

The snare looks definitely MIJ. For the money you cant go wrong even using it as a snare to chuck around a rehearsal room. Did you ask seller if it was brass or steel shell. Probably steel shell. Good luck with it show more pics when you get it.

yeah, I figured for the price I didn't have much to lose :) The seller didn't have any details or know much about it unfortunately. I like that it is a beaded snare drum and the lugs looks pretty cool (never seen them before)

Got the snare in and cleaned it up. Sounds pretty good! Nice and smooth throw off....still not badge or anything else to go by...any more ideas?
