Is there anyone (member or otherwise)

That completely, fully&totally refurbishes Old Ludwig Speed Kings , in a way that you never ever have to grease/change the bearings, lube parts?.I'm looking for one where I can basically "set & forget" & just play it, one that's been fitted (lubed) etc with synthetic grease

We do have such a member. If you tune up a Speed King correctly, you wont need to again for some ten years or more.
