Is this a Kent hi hat stand or not?

This hi hat stand came with the kit when i purchased it. It doesnt have a manufacturing name anywhere on it.

I checked the three KENT catalogs I have, and whereas they did offer TWO different model HH stands, neither look like the one you have here. But then, I remembered this from the Mark "Whitey" Cooper collection: This is a pic of a 1967 KENT drum set in BDP with hardware. Look at the pattern on the HH pedal. Looks a bit similar, no? I'd say the jury is still out on this one .. but .. this model is not shown in their catalogs. Probably MIJ I'm thinking, but interesting regardless!
