Love at First Sight

I've loved champagne sparkle as long as I can remember, and I've been trying to track down a B/O 24x14 with a rail for years now, but this might be the closest thing to my dream set that I've ever seen.

A B/O factory champagne kit in near-Bonham sizes. Just needs a 14x10. I never would have thought I'd see a champagne 26x14 with a rail before a 24x14.

Edit: I didn’t buy this kit, I’m just enamored with it.

My champagne project is waiting patiently... it is a beautiful wrap. 22-13-16... it would like a jazzer sitting beside yours. :)

Man, I WISH this was mine. Many, many thousands of dollars outside of my price range.

Wow, that tom must be positioned very high to be on a rail mount with a 26".

Kinda hard to believe that you would find those sizes in Champagne. Champagne just doesn't seem like a "hard rock" color.

That set looks nice, but I wouldn't care if I ever saw champagne sparkle again. That was the color of my first Slingerland set and I always hated it. My old man pressured me into that color, because my drum teacher had the set in stock. I wanted something a little more out there, like green sparkle, red sparkle, or an agate finish.

That set is now awaiting restoration, and guess what? They won't be recovered in champagne sparkle.

Priceless story.

That is an amazing Ludwig kit TheElectricCompany, but the price is stratospheric! Also, as someone pointed out, I'd be very challenged to reach up to that mounted tom! I admire you big guys being able to handle those Bonham drums. I'd be lost behind a set that big.

Yes, I noticed the price is really high, and I too would be unable to deal with a bass drum that large.
