OK Trixon experts, how do you change the front head on the odd-shaped bass drums? Also, where do you find a "new" head when it needs changed?? Thanks in advance.

do you still have the old one?
do you have a picture?
there are plenty of places that can re-lap the current skin to calf if you still have it...
If not try ST.Drums in Germany and also the tromell link that I put on before (neorich05)
also there is a guy on this forum who makes them too!!
