Hi jr!
I've got this really nice refurbished Speed King that I purchased on eBay, from seller Carl Club. Basically, it really hasn't been used and needs nothing. The screws on the cap are something that the seller felt was a good idea to easily remove the caps. I've had the pedal boxed up for some time now and I believe that the sellers maintenance instructions are included.
$60 plus actual shipping for VDF members! What a deal! PM me if interested.
