WTB Ludwig Clip Stand Top Portion

Hey all,

I`m looking for an upper portion of a Ludwig clip mount stand like the one pictured...It could either have the rubber or felt protector spacer...The tilter gear housing needs to be 1-3/8" diameter...Please see pics...
