Hi All, This snare drum is up on c/l---o.c,,cal.What is it??, listing reads homemade--Lugs could be ludwig[or copy of them].rims look like gretsch, strainer a copy of a slingerland?? The t-rods made in england maybe?? shell who knows what..they only what 200.00 for it..mikey
What Is It-ludwig-s/l Or????
That's a seriously thick shell. It's not vintage, for sure. That's one of them six hundred twenty-three ply jobbers.
"Dude, I've got a snare with over SIX HUNDRED PLIES!!! It's gonna be SO LOUD!!!"
If they only knew.
The hardware is somewhat vintage. That's all. The sound will NOT be vintage.
Looks like a mix of home-made shell, Ludwig & Ludwig (or Leedy & Ludwig) lugs, Leedy Broadway hoops and tension rods and a Slingerland three-point strainer.....
