A kid comes up to the parent...."Hey Dad can I have a couple bucks for (video games/some food/ etc.)?"
"Sure son...."
(Dad hands him some cash)
Dad: Tell me are you and.........
(the kid has the cash)
crickets.......
Once they get what they want.....they're out-a-there!
(Same here evidently)
While this behavior has become more frequent on this forum, it's still only been 4 days since "Pablo" joined. Let's give him the benefit of the doubt and see if he checks back in.

Maybe his Internet service is down, or it could be he got a flat on the way to responding. Could be locusts!
Ok I'm taking bets!
I got a double sawbuck that says Pablo never comes back! Any takers? :p

In my opinion, this string of people joining up and just passing through with no follow up posts is created by the site instructions on how to identify your drums. People are clicking on the "Identify Drum Forum" link at the top (upper left under Important Web Site Pages) and following these instructions from the Webmaster:
http://www.vintagedrumguide.com/drum_questions.html
I see little use in making fun of those who follow the instructions.
zenstat - Lighten up buddy we're just having a chin wag and few laughs among friends.

Zenstat!
Don't leave us! Your opinion is always wanted! Hang in there.

I'm with you Zenstat, there are too many drum snobs sround here. The guy ask about a drum he knows little about and he gets ridiculed because he doesn't follow up. Who cares? He got his answer and now he's a bit more educated.
