Help2Guy down the street has a 4-5 year old that he doesn't use, says it's better suited to Jazz than Classic Rock. Plays straight up Charlie Watts style. Any way, what is one worth, in excellent condition? Has no issues, and barely played at all, as stated, better jazzer than rocker.

I've got one and it works great for classic rock. It is darker than a normal A zildjian, but has a nice wash to it. If in good shape, no cracks, etc its probably worth about $200-$250

I recently scored a 19" Zildjian K (not custom) Dark crash (med-thin) on ebay for $165 (BIN) - felt GREAT about that buy. Love the big crashes.
Drums:
Custom Classic Pro Maple 6
Other vintage gear:
1939 King Zephyr alto sax
1963 Selmer Mark IV tenor sax
1987 MIJ Fender Stratocaster, metallic blue
1970s Fender Princeton amp
Personally, methinks the regular K's, not the K Customs, are the better cymbals. So...getting a 19" Dark for $165, that's a pretty good deal !
I think a K Custom 20" ride, eh....I wouldn't pay more than $150-75 for one. They are pretty good, respectable but...not $200+ worth of good...over $200 can get you a much better cymbal....
It seems Zildjian now only makes a thin 19" K Dark, so I was drawn to this older med-thin. It sounds killer, and rides nicely too. I wouldn't shy away from a 20" crash, personally. But the 20" under discussion would need to be a bit better of a deal for my needs/budget.
