Ah ok, good to know. I'll pull one off, when I'm at home later, and post a picture of it...just to be sure...

Here you go...this help? Looks like the longer ones are needed? The threads are the same for both?

Question you might know the answer to: what size is the original floor tom legs for this kit, in mm...10.5 mm? Or? I have two set's, one for the 16x15, and one for the 16x18. The feet are missing for both, and I want to get upgraded ones...just not sure of the proper size...

Hi..looked real good..no LARGE inserts....bunch of smalls though!..

I do not know FT legs by millimeters.......just if American legs will fit or not.....

In the early 70's.....USA Made legs would fit into Prems......not sure about late 70's /later though....

Ok, thanks. I was able to figure out the floor tom thing. In regards to the other stuff, I sent you an email. I'll look online for large inserts...maybe I'll try Nick Hopkins.

Update:

So, I've decided on some changes, from when I first posted this thread. There are:

- I'm not going to convert the 14x8 'pancake' tom into a snare. There are some nasty holes that need to be patched up, so I'm looking at have Ray Ayotte do the work, I've been in touch with him. He actually owned 'Drums Only' back in the day (well known Drum Shop here in Vancouver, been closed for a while though), and sold this kit to the original owner, Paul Grant, who Ray knew personally. This set is coming full circle. I'm very grateful to have such insight into the history of this kit.

- I only have one of the original bass drum hoops. So, my plan is to get a pair of maple ones, and add aged WMP inlays from Jammin Sams. I'm also going to use the same wrap to cover the 14x8 and 16x18 FT. I'll be leaving the 22x14, 13x9 and 16x15 with their natural finish.

Finally, I purchased several Lokfast stands from Blair (thanks to him, and thanks to Gunnellett for delivering them), to go with this kit, they include: hi hat stand, snare stand, and two straight cymbal stands. VERY excited to have these pieces with the kit...love the look and feel of them. Works of art, imo.

Note: I'm still looking for another matching Lokfast snare stand, and the top section for a straight Lokfast cymbal stand. PM me with any leads.

Thanks!
