this is # 608 OF ONLY 1000 printed...SHELLY MANNE--SOUND OF THE DIFFERENT DRUMMER autographed by the 2 authors ...many photos..his life story and lists of EVERY recording he was on INCLUDING the names of all the other musicians! also lists the 4 movies he was in (playing the part of drummer DAVE TOUGH) and "THE MAN WITH THE GOLDEN ARM"; he played the drummer in Shorty Rogers' band where Frank Sinatra came in to replace him,...the last few pages lists the movies & TV shows he recorded the sound tracks for, or produced, or wrote the music for ....including the cartoons ( "the ant & the aardvark" for one ) this is a large size book (11 1/2" X 12") and over 200 pages will send it via UPS (I think that's cheaper than Post Office) I'm selling it for $ 100 dollars plus shipping Call Chuck @ 616-754-8917

Only an FYI : I sell rare books and there's what's called the dreaming price and the reality price. So many online prices for whatever (say vintage drums, for instance) are absurd. About the only place you'll see actual sold prices is the dreaded ebay; but they're sold prices - not asking prices.
There's supply; and then there's demand.
