Hi, I have this drum set that i bought back in 1986. A Tama Beatstar. I have googled and asked questions for some years and if it´s not vintage yet it is certainly rare.
The wrap has some scratches and a small bubble on the kick drum. Any idea what this drum set could be worth because I´m thinking of selling it.

Since you've tried the Tama forum (saw your post there a couple weeks ago), with no luck. Not sure if your on Facebook or not. But there is two pretty good vintage Tama groups that might could help. Seems what you have there is some pretty rare drums. I like em'. Good luck.

They may be unusual, but that doesn't mean they have value. If memory serves they were actually the lowest level Tama kit in 85 or 86, below Swingstar and were only 1 year.
That being said, maybe someone wants them.

Cool looking kit! Honestly, I've never heard of the "Beatstar" line. I pride myself on keeping up on all the different Tama lines. This one slipped by me!
