All good questions! Here are the answers:
The SuperTen was offered as the shell only, with no other hardware. I had late Fullerton era lugs on it, the ones with the C clips that hold the swivel nuts from falling, but removed them for another project. Since the shell was "player's grade", I didn't feel bad slightly elongating the lug holes to accommodate standard 2" lugs. I had all the parts to make a nice player's drum, so I thought I'd rather build up the shell than just get rid of it.
