I originally wrapped these drums in a silver wrap. When I bought them they were just painted shells. I got tired of the silver and went with a emerald green. I am happy with how they turned out. I also did a how-to video [ame="https://youtu.be/V1HBiJJjZ6c"]https://youtu.be/V1HBiJJjZ6c[/ame]
Re-Wrapped my Vintage Pearl Kit
Awesome job !! Were did you get the wrap from?
Thanks! I got if on ebay....it is vinyl fabric
6 lug BD? Never seen a Pearl like that. The green looks really good, i once bought gold stuff from the same guy but it was beige when i got it....I suggested that he should change that particular color name to "baby pooh sparkle" Haha!!! The green looks very top notch. Good job.
That green sparkle is really impressive. Great job. Good video too.

Thanks! I hope it a Pearl kit, lol. It had the pearl kick drum head on it when I got it but that was about all I had to go by...and the lugs. "Baby pooh sparkle" doesn't sound very appealing, lol.

Yeah, I have two 6 lug bass drums, my early 60's John Grey Broadway and a early 60's Coronet...both sound amazing.
Here is one from the Pearl 68 catalog with 6 lugs.
