Was just taking a pic of my Trixon croc wraps mate. Here's a picture of some of the kits at the National Drum Fair in the U.K.

The only part I don't have yet is the red croc matching floor tom to the kit, otherwise all are complete sets...

Very cool display. I really love those Speedfire sets. Architecturally the most interesting arrangement that I recall being made. A real piece of era history overall and a part of that age. I mentioned in an earlier post that I saw the first one way back in high school at a dance and have never seen one close up since. that was a long time ago so they are pretty rare birds.

I have done a somewhat similar thing in that I have gathered Rogers sets that match each line of the 67/68 color chart. Only missing something from the 5th line, which has champagne, silver and green sparkle.

Do I detect the red sparkle set is a (no doubt rare) lefty?

Thanks Dan, yeah love the Speedfire and the Telstars too, totally unique and very eye catching unusual drums..

you are right there aren't too many around and go for lots of money nowadays..

The red sparkle in the pic is actually around the other way as i wanted the batter head to show at the front for the photo shoot to match the other one.., the usual way and correct way has a very rare transparent head as the batter front...

your rogers collection sounds fab too...
