Not any easy find. I had to buy a bass drum. I didn't feel too badly because it was missing one whole side too and mine had wrong rods, claws and hoop on one side. So I got one complete drum out of two and I still have a spare shell with hardware. It came with an 'L' arm too. The thing wasn't too much more than two red sparkle hoops that had been on the market shortly before for well over $100. Someday (after you get your one) I'll find two to complete the other drum again.
