Three bongos on your second pic are early version of RMIF (from Riga, latvian factory) with handmade hex bolts.
Original riga's bolts have had a head a bit higher than EPOIMI and quite good slot.

Not an expert, just a modest amateur... :)
Three snares on your first pic are EPOIMI drums (from Engels town factory).
They have had very bad bolts with extremely low head and shallow slot.
These same bolts were used in soviet furniture industry especially for children beds.
