I've had a few sk's with missing links, what I've done is gone to a auto salvage yard and picked up a chrome windshield wiper arm, cut it with hack saw, and bent the ends with vice, hammer, plyers, works ok

I have one but will need to locate it. Its still in the unopened packaging.
I would not be able to ship until next Monday.
You'd probably get one quicker off of Ebay though...
