Camco snare restoration

Thanks to our own TommyP, this beauty is now complete. Not mint, but very clean. Not a Camco expert, anyone know the model? Aristocrat? It's COB. This is the before.

It likes to be tuned high. The hoops on the drum are higher than most and that provides a nice rimshot. Still playing with the tuning but bright like a COB.

Wow! Great job. Do you mind sharing your methods? And if you ever want to sell it, put me on the top of the list!

I think we've already had this conversation over on the FB Vintage Camco group but very early Camco (I'd guess 62/63) before they put USA on the badges. Aristocrat (round lug) snares are a rarity during this period so a pretty rare beast (as is my almost identical model). They called it the Casino Aristocrat but nobody really calls them that in real life.
