Here's where I'm at. Used wood filler for various cracks and whatnot. Used some wood glue and clamps for any parts that have separated from the drum.

Next step is sanding down and applying some candle wax.

Apologies for the crappy quality pictures. I keep having to downsize the images to meet the jpg requirements. Anyone know how I can post the pictures so that they just show up as an image on the forum?

Use the manage attachments feature. It`s probably easier if you take them off the ceiling too............

Figured it out! I reuploaded all images to their full size. Check them out again if you'd like! Sorry for the confusion

Updated pictures of the rims.

Also, does anyone have any ideas as to where I can find these 20 in bass drum rims? I've been searching, but striking out.

Let me know your thoughts

Nice job!

If you want solid maple rims they show up. The aftermarket ply's would work fine in the meantime.

Nothing special here but I like them.

Thanks guys! I'm thinking of repainting the one BD rim I have for the reso head. I can purchase a solid maple rim.

I'm missing a lot of part. Floor tom legs, floor rom rim, and rack tom rim. Could I buy any 6 and 8 lug rim? Or does it have to be Slingerland specific? Sorry if thats a stupid question. but again, I'm new here.
