I find those pictures from seller in town in North of Serbia, near Hungary

and Romania.So my guess, Former USSR or Hunagarian made drums

I have no idea what those are. But they look pretty cool. And the muffler for the bass drum is killer.

No, that's wrong absolutely.

Former USSR never made any similar as this one.

There were two large drum factories only - EPOIMI and RMIF which sometimes were discussed here.

Also on trumpet plant in Leningrad were produced quality marching snares.
