1. Don't use wood putty on bearing edges, unless you are into re-repairing your repairs on a regular basis.

2. NEVER, NEVER EVER pay by paypal gift. This is a huge red flag from any seller. Paypal gift is for sending gifts. YOU were making a purchase. There is a reason people ask to be paid that way, because it removes any and all protection you have. Was saving the $6.00 worth what you are going through now?

he offered a partial refund so i would net out the hardware and have to go looking for another shell. I haven't seen any 13" radio king shells for less than at least 100 bucks. He knowingly sold damaged goods and he would rather keep the money and damage his reputation.

JOSH FRY IS DISREPUTABLE.

He said he was a student so I agreed to gift him so he wouldn't eat the fees. I would do it again to help someone because I'm a reputable buyer/seller and this will hurt him more than it will hurt me.

Don't really like saying this but it's my pleasure in this instance.

Ive spoke with dan and told him what i can do with returning money but he will not take my offer. he also wont answer my calls, will only text me. ive tried to make it right for my mistakes but he wont work with me. Now hes filing a clame through paypal. we will let paypal be the decider. Guys im not trying to be a dick but he payed 100 for the tom and i will send 60 back. that means he payed 40$ for it. he wanted 100 back. that means i just gave the drum to him for free.

also for all i know Dan (whos a professional photographer) could have used the hardware for his photo shoot he need it for and is now trying to dump it back on me.

the reason i asked for a gift was because dan kept beating me down on the price. Lesson for all of you. ask for better pictures and dont send as a gift unless you know the person. Im not trying to screw anyone over. and from my mistakes i tried to make it right but dan does not want to work with me. We will leave pay pal to be the deciders of what happeneds.

Give him his full refund and have him return the drum, case closed.
