On some that move quite a bit, I've rotated the badge to one side, put a small dab of glue in the spot and rotate the badge back over it. Then tape it in place for a bit.

I've also used another method that I learned from Purdie Shuffle. This entails taking a ball peen hammer and placing it on the inside of the shell into the grommet. Then gently strike the backside of the ball peen hammer with another hammer. Just enough to tighten the grommet will do it. Start easy. Be sure to support the bottom of the shell and use a towel or something to protect the outside of the shell against the working support surface.

And, they also make a grommet tool or you can make your own on the cheap. Just don't over do it as it can mushroom the grommet.

A grommet tool is probably the best method. You can either make one yourself from the hardware section at your local ACE or buy one on line. They're pretty cheap either way.
