kiss Tribute Band

Loading...

I put an add on cl looking for a local cover band, I got a response from a Kiss tribute band that tours the country in an RV. He said they are touring 2-3 weeks at a time. Here's one of their promo pictures, I just can't imagine dressing like this.

They actually look very similar to the band. Amazing.

Although I can appreciate the musicianship involved in a good tribute band, I just don't get how people go crazy about seeing such a show. Years ago, I played cover stuff and had a good time doing it. Now, the music is original and I love playing it! I really can understand all of the hard work involved in learning songs note for note but, some don't seem to understand that it's NOT the original tunes! Who knows though? "Mama Mia" was/is a huge hit. To each his own. Still, I'd rather play original!

Yep, you're probably right. The key word is "happy", like you say. We're all different and we should respect different views. Not my cup of tea though.

Sounds like that'd be a blast. You'd have a reason to buy a Pearl kit.

Think of the groupie potential. You could share makeup tips with them.
