Yes, Citadel only has a single mount located in the same position as the ones on a Headliner or Swingtime - between the upper to lugs on the drummer's left side looking from the throne and just a squeak above center line of those lugs. No cymbal mount on the bass. The predecessor was the Louis Bellson Citation, but the Playboy may have been similar too. Just not sure about the Playboy, but will look in the Vintage Drum Guide linked to this site. Headliner had a knobby cymbal mount and Swingtime a hex rod cymbal mount.
This is the Display Your Rogers Drums Thread
Confirmed, Playboy has the same layout.
Thank you Dan B. My Rogers kit has B&B lugs with Jasper shells. Just the one swivo tom mount on the bass. Just wanted to confirm the correct outfit name. I can't wait to get them finished.

Since Rogers only listed bass drums up to 24", I ordered from the marching drums catalog. I then changed the t-rods and mounted Ludwig internal spurs.

Just had to show off my new to me '66 Rogers Tower and Dynasonic.. the new centerpiece of my living room! Being a Memphis native, these things just ooze Stax and Al Jackson Jr.!!
