G'day from across the ditch Seth. Welcome
It has the die stamp of the 1960s and the production clues (lathing and visible hammering) of the 1960s. I don't know why jmoll says late 60s. Could be, but I don't see either of the clues I know about which might indicate later rather than earlier 1960s. But then I'm still learning. Read more:

That weight is crazy low, as Mike and jmoll point out. Here are the weights of 24" Avedis Zildjians I've recorded in my database and what they sold for (USD):
3886 $280.69
3830 $295.00
3100 $300.00
2882 $300.00
3175 $349.00
4222 $350.00
3835 $375.00
3140 $385.00
3150 $400.00
3540 $450.00
2930 $550.00
3830 $550.00
2786 $1,149.00 <== this one is an exceptionally fine 1950s one and doesn't tell you much about the likely value of yours.
The expected median price is $380, but you really need to double check that rogue weight. Yes shipping from Australia will be hugely expensive for a cymbal of that diameter. As best I can tell from my research, the market for quality vintage used cymbals in Australia is much like New Zealand. Almost not existent. You might be able to reach your target audience on Gumtree or Australian eBay and get your target price. But it can be tricky to find the right person, and you might need to wait for some time to sell it locally.
