Here's one I can't put my finger on. Anyone have a clue as to what snare this is? Make and model? It's for sale ... cheap right now. I just need some kind of clue as to what this is.
Snare i.d. needed
I'm watching that one too.
I think it's either:
A. Old Rogers - (This is my vote)
B. Kent

And some others..
It's a Kent. The butt plate gives it away. Can you post a pic of the vent hole? That's where the badge would have been. If it's a large hole, there's no question it's Kent. Looks nice too.
And there you have it....As always I should have picked the #2 door...LOL!!

I can see what you mean with the Rodgers guess. I have a Joseph Rodgers Jr. & Son snare and the butt looks quit similar, as does the shell!
Hey GoneDrumming,
Are you gonna sink it? I'm stepping aside for you. Go get it, man. It looks to be a pretty cool one for little scratch.
I have that same drum. However, I took the single tension guides out and replaced them with Ego single point double sided lugs to make it double tension. Sounds pretty good now.
Is this up on eBay? I'm not looking to buy, just want to see the description. May have more clues to it's maker. I'm 99.9% sure it's a Kent. I have a very similar model, but with an actual shell mounted strainer. Even as a single tension drum, it's usable, IMHO.
