Do you recognize this cymbal stand?!?

Loading...

Hi Friends,

Do any of you recognize this cymbal stand? It came to me with a set of WFL hardware but I have no clue who manufactured it. The seller thought it might be vintage Premier, but I have not been able to confirm that. Thought I would field it to the experts.

Thanks,

Aaron

Looks like a MIJ cymbal stand. I've seen those " wing " screws on some MIJ mounts I've had. Almost look like a golf club. Can't seem to place any specific manufacturer though.

Thanks for the reply. I also suspected it to be MIJ, but it seems to be pretty well-made. We'll see if anyone else has ever seen one like this before.

Thanks for the reply. Are Deri drums from Germany? Not much info on them.

yes it´s an german Company founded in the 1930s. They made a few good sets. Later they were called DERI/Rimmel...and i think at the start of 70s just Rimmel!

Appears to be MIJ bottom tripod, MIJ central tube, and Premier 60's top section with tilter. Unidentified wingnut on top of tilter.

Thanks for the input, Fellas. Just wanted to see if someone could confirm what I actually have, but no big deal. No matter what she is...she is pretty sturdy and works well. I'll probably hold onto it for a while.
