Made in England?

Loading...

Just recently purchased these (kick and tom)

I'm curious to know what brand they are, there is no badge on them.

There is a stamp on the inside of the shell that says Made in England with a serial number. I'm pretty sure the mount on the tom is not original, it looks like some new holes have been drilled.

Any Help would be greatly appreciated! (see pictures)

I believe they are Edgware brand drums, a division of Boosey & Hawkes.

The could be one of B&H's brands, Edgware, Ajax, Stratford or Besson.

Thanks for the quick replies!

It definitely looks like a brand of B&H, I found this link after doing a search on the forum.

The serial stamp inside the drum and hoop is exactly the same as this B&H Edgware snare drum.
