Fake old K Constantinople?

Loading...

Hi, i just sold a very old 14" K Constantinople cymbal on ebay. (Samp 2 on this website: http://robscott.net/cymbals/k-constantinople/)

The buyer, after paying for it, is asking me to cancel the transaction because "My friend is an expert and says the stamp is wrong".

I never heard about any fake old K Constantinople and i can't even imagine why somebody should make a fake of something that is not worth a lot and has no market.

Anyway, here's the link to the ebay ad and to some detailed pictures:

Could you please tell me what do you think?

The diameter is a hair more than 14", it's not perfectly round and the weight appears to be around 1500g

Thanks!

I'm not an expert, but it doesn't look fake to me. Buyer's remorse?

That's as real as it gets. The buyer is clearly confused. Feel free to have them contact me if they're still unsure.
