The look is amazing but the sound of her must be pure 1940`s and they can`t make snares to sound like that these days, no matter how hard they try...gorgeous snare insanescott.

Is it a re-wrap?
I had a pre-war brass badge RK like that too, and the top hoop was stamped. Also had the screwed on snare gates, guessed to be about 1939-40. Perhaps the earlier models had no top hoop stamp.
They do have a sound like no other! Pure solid maple!Bowing
